Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Provide daily administrative and operational assistance for multiple active qualitative research projects.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project initiation, execution, and closure.

• Establish strong working relationships with Project Management, Recruiting, and other internal teams.

• Extract, format, and maintain Excel grids for real-time visibility into recruitment efforts.

• Assist in the distribution and collection of project materials, including homework assignments and consent forms.

• Track project progress and identify potential risks, gaps, or inconsistencies.

• Report issues and work with Project Managers for timely resolutions.

• Engage in project kickoff calls to align stakeholders on timelines, specifications, and responsibilities.

• Keep accurate systems, grids, and documentation updated.

• Contribute to quality control to ensure deliverables meet internal and client expectations.

• Suggest process enhancements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide support for additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in market research, project coordination, or operations-focused roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital systems or platforms is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Strong Excel skills are required.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities are necessary.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships across teams.

• Proactive problem-solving capabilities are important.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment are essential.

• Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new systems and technologies.

• Must demonstrate accountability and follow-through.

• Legally authorized to work in Nicaragua.
