Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls with sincere empathy, transforming anxious homeowners dealing with fire, water, or mold damage into calm, assured clients who feel secure in our care.

• Actively provide daily updates to homeowners, project managers, field crews, and insurance adjusters to ensure that no project milestones or details are overlooked.

• Identify project delays, scheduling conflicts, or communication issues early on, addressing problems proactively to prevent escalation into customer complaints.

• Monitor, document, and communicate essential scope approvals, carrier requests, and adjuster inquiries to ensure smooth documentation and project authorizations.

• A caring and empathetic communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills, capable of diffusing tense situations with a friendly, personal touch.

• An organized multi-tasker who takes pride in meticulous documentation, keeping accurate project records across several active jobs at once.

• A proactive problem solver with determination and initiative, who takes the initiative to seek updates or check in with customers without needing to be prompted.

• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software (like Dash CRM or Proven Solutions Software), with the ability to swiftly learn proprietary job management systems.
