Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, setup, monitoring, and closing activities throughout the study lifecycle.

• Provide support for database setup and maintenance tasks.

• Aid in the development and management of study documentation.

• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of equipment.

• Generate and disseminate reports related to the study.

• Assist in the archival and maintenance of study documentation.

• Organize Project Assurance meetings and help with meeting minutes and tracking action items.

• Support the financial aspects of study management, including documentation and updates to the database due to scope changes.

• Help with invoice reconciliation follow-up tasks.

• Prepare reports that assist with study forecasting activities.

• Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking activities to ensure prompt resolution of customer escalations.

• Ensure compliance with required training completion and documentation.

• Address customer inquiries and participate in customer meetings and calls as requested by Project Managers.

• Lead assigned project-related activities and initiatives.

• Provide support for additional projects and operational tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.

• Familiarity with the drug development process.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and time management abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective communication in English.

• High attention to detail and responsiveness to inquiries and requests.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.
