Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, setup, monitoring, and closure activities throughout the study lifecycle.

• Support the setup and maintenance of the database.

• Aid in the development and management of study documentation.

• Coordinate the distribution and tracking of equipment.

• Create and disseminate study-related reports.

• Assist in the archiving and maintenance of study documentation.

• Organize Project Assurance meetings and help with documenting minutes and tracking action items.

• Assist with financial management of the study, including documentation and database updates due to scope changes.

• Help with follow-up activities for invoice reconciliation.

• Prepare reports that support forecasting activities related to the study.

• Facilitate issue management by documenting and tracking actions to ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.

• Ensure adherence to required training completion and documentation protocols.

• Respond to customer inquiries and participate in meetings and calls as requested by Project Managers.

• Lead specific project-related activities and initiatives as assigned.

• Support additional projects and operational tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1-3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.

• Understanding of the drug development process.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective communication in English.

• High attention to detail and responsiveness to inquiries and requests.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Capability to work independently while also effectively contributing within a team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research setting.
