Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee EHR initiatives that include the planning, design, and execution of electronic health record software applications.

• Organize, manage, and coordinate activities for multiple large-scale projects.

• Develop project plans and timelines while monitoring execution and workflow.

• Prepare, present, and circulate project status updates.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and various departments.

• Assist the Engagement Leader and Project Team by tracking project implementations.

• Ensure deadlines are achieved and escalate issues for prompt resolution.

• Follow standardized project management methodologies.

• Act as the liaison between project sponsors, teams, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal and external groups to enhance project deployment success.

• Interpret assignments and independently determine the appropriate course of action.

• Execute related tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, ideally with EHR implementations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.

• Willing to travel to client sites as necessary.

• Strong social and presentation skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• High self-motivation with the capability to work well and meet deadlines.

• Competent in working effectively with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding communication skills, including active listening.

• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving outcomes and navigating complex healthcare environments and requirements.

• Experience as an EHR Project Manager is preferred.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25% is preferred.
