This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Oversee and uphold project timelines, milestones, work hours, budgets, action items, and other project-related data across various projects.
• Deliver precise and timely project updates to Project Managers and stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, or issues as they arise.
• Organize project meetings, create agendas and materials, document action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Keep project documentation well-organized and accurate, including reports, invoices, contracts, project records, and related materials.
• Manage project logistics and administrative tasks to ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners to facilitate project delivery.
• Oversee the procurement of hardware, software, and services with vendors and partners.
• Monitor assigned tasks through to completion, communicate progress, and assume greater ownership with minimal guidance.
• Recognize recurring project needs, risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Project Management team and throughout Atlas Technica.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, operations, administration, or a similar environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote, cross-functional team.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications with a readiness to learn new systems and tools.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, workflows, and terminology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• A demonstrated eagerness to learn, inquire, take initiative, and grow increasingly autonomous.
• Previous experience in supporting technology, IT, professional services, or client-facing projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management, ticketing, procurement, or collaboration platforms is advantageous.
• An associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and the capacity to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to identify known and missing information and recognize when clarification or escalation is necessary.
• Willingness to assist with priorities outside of traditional project coordination responsibilities as needed.
