This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Manage five research tracks: occupation mapping, AI substitution risk assessments (ESCO, MOT, OECD), national statistics evaluation (CYSTAT, Eurostat), expert scenario modeling, academic validation, and AI agent implementation.

• Collaborate with the Expert Advisory Board, which includes analysts, economists, political scientists, NGO leaders, academic partners, and stakeholders from the Cypriot government.

• Organize analytical outputs, such as the publication of a White Paper, and facilitate stakeholder and government ministry roundtables and workshops.

• Support communication and public relations/government relations initiatives, special projects on HR platforms, public awareness campaigns, and digital preventive qualification services.

• Aid in the development and deployment of a government unemployment-risk decision-support dashboard and a mobile career navigation application for citizens.

• Supervise the pilot phase in 1–2 economic sectors in Cyprus, integrate the predictive model into governmental structures, and prepare for international scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing multidisciplinary, product, or research projects in B2G, B2C, data analytics, or AI.

• Familiarity with labor market research methodologies.

• Proficiency in open data analysis.

• Understanding of practical AI applications.

• Capability to structure and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Proficient in English (Advanced, C1).

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including government ministries, academic institutions, international organizations, and expert communities.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.

• Methodical approach to project management and documentation.
