This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee and enhance project controls, data integrity, and governance processes for the business/account.
• Create and sustain centralized project controls and data governance frameworks across the client’s global real estate and workplace portfolio.
• Design and uphold control structures that set project delivery expectations and monitor compliance.
• Manage document control, auditing, QA/QC, and delivery assurance activities.
• Collaborate with client finance teams on cost reporting and standardized reporting requirements.
• Assist in project delivery, project management, and quality control for various project categories.
• Execute controls, compliance, training, and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement governance models.
• Establish and maintain centralized data management systems for real estate and workplace projects.
• Ensure the accuracy, transparency, integrity, governance, and compliance of project-related data.
• Implement data approval processes and maintain audit trails.
• Partner with C&W IT, Client Technology and Data Governance Teams, and business units to integrate data platforms and comply with client standards.
• Provide regular updates, project reporting, and performance dashboards to senior management.
• Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote process innovation and share best practices within the project management team.
• Support sustainability and operational excellence initiatives through data-driven optimization.
• Participate in town halls and outreach programs.
• Develop and maintain project playbooks, protocols, risk assessments, compliance reports, and performance dashboards.
• Serve as a key integrator across client locations, fostering collaboration between project management, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in training and upskilling initiatives related to project controls and data governance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of directly relevant experience in a project management governance or support role.
• Extensive knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
• Demonstrated experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO), overseeing internal and external delivery teams managing corporate upfit projects in occupied work environments.
• Relevant experience and success in managing budget, cost, and profitability for a company or account.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Familiarity with technology and business intelligence tools for project management and data governance.
• Experience with TRIRIGA is advantageous.
• Competency with reporting platforms such as Power BI is a plus.
• PMP or PMI-CP certification is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable promoting innovation and finding ways to positively grow the business as a trusted advisor.
