This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create, manage, and revise comprehensive integrated project schedules for various data center development initiatives.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to gather schedule updates and validate the progress of projects.
• Evaluate schedule performance, pinpoint critical path activities, and communicate potential schedule risks along with mitigation strategies.
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive updates that highlight project status, key milestones, and projected completion dates.
• Assess schedule impacts arising from design modifications, procurement delays, permitting processes, or construction challenges.
• Assist in project planning, sequencing, and resource forecasting throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure that schedules are in alignment with project budgets, crucial milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Engage in project review meetings and provide schedule analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Create and uphold scheduling standards, templates, and best practices within the Project Controls function.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to project controls, reporting, and project delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of scheduling or project controls experience in support of large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in developing and managing detailed project schedules for industrial construction projects utilizing Primavera P6.
• Strong grasp of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles.
• Experience in coordinating schedules across various stakeholders and project teams.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
• Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project controls methodologies.
• Preferred: experience in supporting mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Preferred: knowledge of Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software.
• Preferred: PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, or other project controls certifications.
