📋 Description

• Create and uphold cost reports or schedules

• Monitor actuals, commitments, and forecast data

• Aid in accruals and reporting cycles

• Recognize variances and assist in risk and trend analysis

• Collaborate with project team members to collect inputs

• Evaluate, forecast, and analyze project schedules

• Maintain orderly project controls documentation

• Provide support to senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and the execution of established project controls deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field

• Three or more years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management subject matter expert on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases

• Direct experience collaborating on teams within a complex, matrixed environment

• Proficiency in using cost and schedule management software

• Experience in one or more of the following industries is required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields

• Strong oral and written communication skills
