This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Create and uphold cost reports or schedules
β’ Monitor actuals, commitments, and forecast data
β’ Aid in accruals and reporting cycles
β’ Recognize variances and assist in risk and trend analysis
β’ Collaborate with project team members to collect inputs
β’ Evaluate, forecast, and analyze project schedules
β’ Maintain orderly project controls documentation
β’ Provide support to senior staff and clients through analysis, reporting, and the execution of established project controls deliverables
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
β’ Three or more years of relevant experience as a cost or schedule management subject matter expert on capital projects, encompassing design, construction, and testing phases
β’ Direct experience collaborating on teams within a complex, matrixed environment
β’ Proficiency in using cost and schedule management software
β’ Experience in one or more of the following industries is required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills
