Project Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide essential administrative assistance in clinical operations and project management.

• Deliver high-quality executive support and administrative tasks.

• Organize meetings for project teams and clients, which includes scheduling, preparing meeting materials, binders, agendas, and minutes.

• Manage study-related information and supplies.

• Create and maintain organizational charts, team calendars, newsletters, and project-specific information.

• Supervise internal and client project reporting, including project status updates and financial tracking.

• Assist the project manager with financial responsibilities, including purchase orders, study invoices, and Investigator payments.

• Prepare and uphold study files according to electronic trial master file filing and naming protocols.

• Monitor document status.

• Collaborate closely with the project team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business, finance, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or within clinical research is advantageous.

• Proficient in computerized information systems and standard application software, including MS Office.

• Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in maintaining Excel trackers and creating PowerPoint presentations.

• Preferred experience in taking meeting minutes and facilitating as well as scheduling MS TEAMS meetings.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
