Project and Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets, and client communications from start to finish.

• Guide the team to deliver results and meet objectives.

• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, and scope changes, and work towards their resolution.

• Conduct stakeholder updates and manage their expectations effectively.

• Discover opportunities for account expansion.

• Ensure documentation, reporting, and handoffs are clear and consistent.

• Translate client objectives into well-defined, sequential, and actionable plans.

• Utilize agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Replit to prototype, resolve technical issues, or deliver small to medium-sized projects directly.

• Lead and provide support to engineers and QA teams.

• Make informed decisions regarding trade-offs and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Project Management.

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Engineering or AI.

• Proven track record of managing client-facing projects, including scope, budget, timeline, and risk management.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proficient with agentic development tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Replit.

• Demonstrated capability to take vague objectives to successful completion with minimal supervision.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

• Comfortable working in agile, culturally diverse, and fast-paced environments.

• Dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and capable of multitasking.

• Full-stack proficiency; able to comprehend code, define technical tasks, and deliver small builds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field.

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or ScrumMaster are advantageous.
