Project and Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute projects as directed by the Director of Professional Services

• Create and implement innovative strategies for product and services deployment

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to outline and achieve project goals

• Conduct system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training sessions

• Keep in touch with customers and internal teams concerning escalated issues

• Manage escalations from other departments

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services capacity with a solid understanding of training and implementation fundamentals

• Experience in implementation with a strong emphasis on customer service

• Capable of communicating technical or complex subjects to non-technical audiences

• Willingness to embrace new challenges with a results-driven mindset and a clear vision

• Eager to learn and grow in various competencies

• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and multitasking

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage with customers, vendors, colleagues, and prospects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by active listening abilities

• Patience, adaptability, and effective problem-solving skills under pressure

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is advantageous

• A valid Driver’s License is mandatory

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
