This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary internal resource for the specifications outlined in the public notice and contract, which includes workload, attendance, teaching staff, infrastructure, enrollment, dropout rates, and additional obligations.
• Convert requirements into an obligations map detailing deadlines, responsible individuals, and necessary documentation.
• Monitor amendments, notifications, and regulatory updates related to the program, revising the map and informing the appropriate team.
• Prepare and submit accountability reports by the designated deadline and in the required format set by the government agency for each reporting cycle.
• Gather, verify, and organize supporting documentation in collaboration with the academic, finance, registrar, and campus teams.
• Ensure consistency between reported data and internal databases prior to any submission.
• Address inquiries and requests for clarification from the government agency within the stipulated timeframe.
• Oversee the financial schedule, including projected and received amounts, discrepancies, and outstanding items.
• Recognize and resolve disallowed costs, identify their root causes, and amend the originating processes.
• Sustain operational relationships with the Department of Education and other relevant agencies.
• Keep a comprehensive, organized, and traceable document archive for inspections or audits.
• Monitor indicators specified in the public notice and highlight any deviations.
• Suggest process improvements to mitigate recurring issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Public Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing accountability reports for agreements, contracts, or partnerships with public authorities—or in controllership, compliance, or auditing involving significant documentation.
• Proficient in advanced Excel for database verification and reconciliation, including lookups, pivot tables, list comparisons, and version control.
• Excellent formal writing skills, encompassing official correspondence, responses to inquiries, and communications with public agencies.
• Experience with education programs funded by state or federal governments, such as Trilhas de Futuro, PRONATEC, PROPAG, or equivalent initiatives.
• Understanding of legislation related to partnerships and contracts with public authorities.
• Familiarity with academic operations, including enrollment, class records, attendance, workload, and academic documentation.
• Experience utilizing government agency portals and accountability reporting systems.
