Project Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic initiatives with significant autonomy.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Plan, implement, and track project progress.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, and alignment with strategic goals.

• Map, evaluate, and redesign project-related processes.

• Identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.

• Advocate for process standardization, documentation, and traceability.

• Promote ongoing process enhancements.

• Analyze performance metrics and data related to projects and processes.

• Anticipate potential risks and suggest effective solutions.

• Assist business units in structuring workflows, management routines, and operating models.

• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and creating value for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Expertise in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

• Experience with project and portfolio management tools and process documentation.

• Ability to create schedules, metrics, executive reports, and process maps (AS IS / TO BE).

• Understanding of governance, standardization, and documentation practices for projects and processes.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
