Project Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and improve self-service support processes.

• Organize and evaluate the architecture of chatbots.

• Ensure uniform support, maintain consistency across various channels, and deliver a high-quality conversational experience.

• Identify risks and opportunities within Chatbot and WhatsApp initiatives.

• Oversee post-implementation support and recommend ongoing improvement strategies.

• Research, assess, and apply solutions utilizing Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Omnichannel strategies.

• Lead the integration of internal and external systems via APIs.

• Map out customer journeys and pinpoint automation possibilities.

• Suggest enhancements to support processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise scalable, high-performing solutions that meet customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work effectively in a team and foster strong interpersonal relationships.

• Logical reasoning skills and a systematic understanding of processes.

• Outstanding writing and organizational skills for thought processes.

• Familiarity with APIs and system integration, including endpoints, requests, and authentication.

• Understanding of programming logic or proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Experience in designing, developing, or refining conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants.

• More than 6 months of experience in an educational role.

• At least 6 months since the last internal transfer or change in position.

• Not currently involved in another internal recruitment process.

• Application submitted by the specified deadline.

• Manager notified of the application for the internal position.
