Project Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance self-service support flows to provide customers with a straightforward, efficient, and solution-focused experience.

• Structure and analyze chatbot architectures to ensure standardized support, consistency across channels, and a high-quality conversational experience.

• Identify risks and opportunities within Chatbot and WhatsApp projects, monitor post-launch operations, and propose ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Research, evaluate, and implement solutions based on Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Omnichannel strategies.

• Lead integration initiatives with both internal and external systems via APIs, ensuring reliable information and an enhanced customer experience.

• Map customer journeys, identify opportunities for automation, and suggest improvements to support processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, high-performing solutions that align with customer needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work effectively within a team and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships.

• Logical reasoning and an understanding of processes from a systems-level perspective.

• Exceptional writing abilities and the capacity to organize ideas effectively.

• Familiarity with APIs and system integration, including endpoints, requests, authentication, and related concepts.

• Understanding of programming logic or proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Experience in designing, developing, or enhancing conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants.

• Knowledge of UX Writing, UX Design, or Conversational Design.

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Knowledge of Salesforce.

• Higher education qualifications.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Teamwork capabilities.

• Experience in project implementation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
