This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute designated project tasks while following timelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metric standards.
• Choose and oversee suppliers and other project resources under guidance and team supervision.
• Recognize risks associated with assigned tasks and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Facilitate project meetings, resolve issues, recap projects, and take corrective/preventative actions.
• Monitor and uphold project scope while identifying any scope creep.
• Manage and maintain financial data related to assigned tasks and projects.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and senior project members.
• Authorize vendor invoices.
• Review the Trial Master File (TMF) for inspection readiness and complete/submit review checklists.
• Conduct eTMF quality control/quality review activities.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining recruitment forecasts.
• Input critical milestone dates into the PM Study Milestone Tracker.
• Aid in the development of communication, recruitment/retention, training plans, and training trackers.
• Help upload project information to ICON applications and systems.
• Address ODQA inquiries concerning assigned Data Quality Categories.
• Support Manual Traffic Light Reports for Source Data Verification (SDV).
• Periodically evaluate operations data logic, quality, and delivery risks with the Project Manager (PM).
• Finalize and close projects in relevant ICON systems.
• Ensure prompt completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for project deviations/issues.
• Carry out other duties and tasks as assigned at the Company's reasonable discretion.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional communication abilities.
• Process-oriented with a keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Committed team player.
• Experience in simultaneously managing multiple, diverse tasks independently.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for data investigation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
