Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, revise, and oversee production timelines for educational products.

• Track production phases, deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics, systematically organizing information to facilitate project monitoring.

• Evaluate scenarios and pinpoint risks, delays, or discrepancies in the production process, suggesting actionable steps to relevant stakeholders.

• Conduct regular check-ins with teams, keeping a record of outstanding items, responsible parties, and subsequent actions.

• Ensure effective communication with partner teams, aiding in the alignment of priorities and the resolution of challenges.

• Systematize data and create tracking tools, reports, and dashboards to assist in decision-making.

• Assist with project-related operational tasks, such as overseeing suppliers, payments, contracts, and internal requests as needed by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel, especially for organizing, analyzing, and tracking data.

• Hands-on experience with project organization, deadline management, and deliverable tracking.

• Analytical mindset, capable of comparing scenarios, identifying issues, and arranging information effectively.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals from various departments.

• A high degree of organization, initiative, and accountability to ensure tasks are completed.

• Adequate autonomy suited for a junior role, coupled with a desire to learn internal tools, workflows, and processes.

• Preferred: experience in editorial production projects or educational products.

• Preferred: familiarity with project management software and KPI dashboard creation.

• Preferred: experience in overseeing production workflows that involve multiple teams and suppliers.
