This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main financial liaison for the organization on designated projects, collaborating closely with Operations and the Budgets and Contracts team.
• Evaluate contracts, work orders, and amendments related to assigned projects.
• Identify financial terms and conditions within contracts to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of projects.
• Leverage data analysis to enhance performance and pinpoint potential budgetary concerns.
• Conduct financial quality control of study visits in the RT system to guarantee that revenue billed to clients is precise.
• Review study visits and reconcile RealTime data with the Sponsor/CRO's Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.
• Ensure all billable items, including revenue not associated with visits, are invoiced separately to the Sponsor/CRO and that supporting documentation is maintained.
• Compare current RT revenue against previously recorded revenue to detect unrecognized revenue, notifying the Director of Revenue Cycle of necessary adjustments.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for the Accounting department to be uploaded into NetSuite by study.
• Generate monthly billing statements for each Sponsor/CRO.
• Collaborate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as required.
• Complete or assist the Director of Revenue Integrity with end-of-study or close-out audits.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Familiarity with RealTime (RealTime Link) is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities that lead to sound judgment.
