Programme Manager – Product & Programme Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop playbooks tailored for each type of sprint to ensure delivery quality is consistent, irrespective of the Sprint Operator involved.

• Conceptualize and formalize the SMB Community and peer network model into a defined and repeatable format.

• Create the Alumni Engagement pathway, which includes repeat sprints and a monetized conversion model for ventures transitioning out of the core program.

• Establish Sector Focus Sprints as independent products in areas such as Defence Manufacturing, Food & Agro, and EV & Clean Tech.

• Transform ad hoc or singular interventions across hubs into standardized, reusable products with clear parameters regarding scope, inputs, outputs, and effort.

• Utilize analytical methods in product design by assessing demand, constructing frameworks, and validating assumptions.

• Develop and sustain a network of external service providers pertinent to sector sprints.

• Employ structured problem-solving techniques akin to consulting in vague and undefined program areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience.

• Experience in management consulting or as a Chartered Accountant with significant exposure to business problem-solving.

• Strong foundation in management consulting problem-solving frameworks, including structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and MECE-style breakdowns.

• Proven track record in developing frameworks, playbooks, or productized service offerings.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to structure work; comfortable navigating from ambiguity to a defined product.

• An existing or potentially buildable network of relevant service providers and experts.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote, startup environment.
