Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete delivery process for enterprise systems implementation and transformation projects.

• Create program roadmaps, implementation strategies, governance frameworks, budgets, risk assessments, and executive communications.

• Lead diverse teams across business functions, operations, technology, and vendor partners.

• Facilitate deployment, encourage adoption, manage change initiatives, and ensure operational readiness.

• Oversee implementation partners and software vendors to guarantee successful business results.

• Ensure alignment among HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors during extensive benefits and enterprise systems projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management.

• Demonstrated success in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives.

• Excellent skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risk factors.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Preferred experience with platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, SAP, or Concur.

• Familiarity with DataPath is highly desirable.

• Experience with benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP systems, and vendor ecosystems is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industries.

• Outstanding organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to lead dynamic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
