Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for the implementation and transformation of enterprise systems.

• Create program roadmaps, implementation strategies, governance frameworks, budgets, risk management plans, and communications for executives.

• Oversee cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and vendor partners.

• Facilitate deployment, drive adoption, manage change, and ensure operational readiness.

• Supervise implementation partners and software vendors to guarantee successful business results.

• Ensure alignment among HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors during extensive benefits and enterprise systems projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management.

• Demonstrated success in leading organization-wide transformation projects.

• Excellent skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience in managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risk assessment.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Preferred experience with platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, SAP, or Concur.

• Experience with DataPath is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with experience leading implementations related to benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP systems, and vendor ecosystems.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities.
