This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Program.

• Supervise the implementation and pre-construction activities for nationwide charger deployment.

• Manage facility management requirements for daily operational activities.

• Provide oversight for business units involved in Vendor Owned Vendor Operated and Charging as a Service projects and initiatives.

• Oversee pre-construction phasing, which includes scheduling, budgeting, due diligence, and onboarding.

• Gather program requirements from Product Operations and cross-functional client teams, translating them into infrastructure needs.

• Supervise site visits, site selection, permitting investigations, and property/electrical due diligence.

• Develop and present executive-level business cases.

• Cultivate relationships across business divisions, partners, and client investment and portfolio teams.

• Collaborate with Global Places and Service, Product Operations, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Security, Network, and other partners.

• Create and implement performance metrics, systems, and dashboards for the partnership program and EV fleet facility management.

• Adhere to relevant SOX control responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate project management, specifically focused on EV charging facilities.

• Experience in industrial operations, R&D, lab, and commercial office spaces of at least 300,000 square feet is advantageous.

• Proficiency in business relationship management.

• Experience in leading large-scale real estate projects with deal flows valued at $20M or more each.

• Outstanding project delivery capabilities.

• Experience in navigating jurisdictional regulations.

• Preferred experience in developing and implementing process improvements.

• Ability to conduct objective analysis in fast-paced environments.

• Advanced skills in financial reporting, analysis, and budget management.

• Interest or experience in the automotive and/or rideshare sector is preferred.

• A strong desire to work in a startup environment, particularly within the tech industry.
