This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Initiate, oversee, and enhance programmatic campaigns within the agency trading desk.
• Track campaign performance, brand safety, and viewability in line with established standards.
• Organize campaign calendars, assets, screenshots, billing trackers, and both pre and post-launch activities.
• Evaluate data and keep optimization logs up to date.
• Supply weekly performance updates and pacing reports.
• Offer optimization insights and context for analytics reporting.
• Recognize, troubleshoot, and escalate campaign issues as necessary.
• Foster relationships with vendors and cross-agency partners.
• Engage in both internal and external meetings.
• Assist in tactical media planning, forecasting, and cost estimation.
• Contribute to proposals and provide guidance on insertion orders and launch documentation.
• Discover new media opportunities.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Recommend enhancements to media and programmatic processes.
• Show dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education along with relevant professional experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a DSP in a self-service capacity is required.
• 2–3+ years of DSP experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between DSPs and other platforms, such as ad servers.
• Proficiency in demand-side platforms is essential.
• Skills in campaign setup, budget management, and campaign optimization are necessary.
• Familiarity with creative testing and implementation/rotation is important.
• Strong data analysis capabilities are required.
• Proficiency in data platforms or experience working with data vendors is preferred.
• Experience with third-party verification tools such as DoubleVerify and IAS is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to utilize pivot tables and formulas, are necessary.
• An analytical, detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and self-motivated approach is vital.
