This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee and implement physical and systematic storage, inventory, and stock-readiness operations.
• Offer warehouse assistance when present on-site.
• Manage the pickup and disposal of over-the-counter materials in compliance with Distribution policies and current SOPs.
• Ensure that Acceptable Performance Level (APL) metrics are consistently met and upheld.
• Uphold Olgoonik’s safety culture while safeguarding the health and safety of employees, the public, and the environment.
• Conduct activities in accordance with Olgoonik Quality Control standards, customer policies, and SOPs.
• Direct materials to designated storage areas; store, stack, and palletize items as necessary.
• Organize and take inventory of stored materials.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior employees.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance training techniques and project workflows.
• Strategically plan and manage training and project tasks to fulfill task-order requirements.
• Schedule work to optimize resource utilization and effectively achieve training and project objectives.
• Foster and maintain productive working relationships.
• Carry out additional related duties as assigned or requested.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to secure a National Agency Check (NAC) IT level III background check for the Common Access Card (CAC).
• Proven experience as a training specialist, with a track record in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Must successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
• Capability to operate forklifts and other machinery.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in delivering excellent customer service.
• U.S. Citizenship is required along with a US Government background check.
• May necessitate a US Government SECRET Clearance; if needed, must possess a current clearance or successfully undergo a government investigation and maintain the clearance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds over short distances.
• Capability to stoop, bend, kneel, and walk; full dexterity and correctable vision are required.
