Associate Director – Learning Experience, Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic direction for the enterprise learning experience and technology ecosystem.

• Oversee the strategy, governance, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the LMS and wider learning technology portfolio.

• Set standards for a straightforward, consistent, accessible, and scalable learning experience.

• Drive decisions regarding the build, buy, or partnership of learning technology.

• Assess platforms and tools based on learner and business requirements, functionalities, integration, usage, cost, and strategic alignment.

• Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, personalization, skills technologies, and learning analytics.

• Discover opportunities to enhance learner experience, streamline delivery, and maximize the value of learning technology investments.

• Lead or assist in the evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization of LMS.

• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Convert business requirements into technological solutions.

• Integrate learning strategy, learner experience, and technology while managing and modernizing the learning ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Six or more years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related fields.

• Two or more years of management experience.

• Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.

• Familiarity with Cornerstone, Docebo, or similar enterprise learning platforms.

• Experience in managing enterprise technology platforms or intricate digital ecosystems.

• Background in leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.

• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Dedicated workspace free from continuous interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Preferred: Experience with emerging learning technologies, such as AI, automation, skills technologies, and learning analytics.

• Preferred: Experience working within a large, complex, matrixed organization.
