This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the requisition process, which includes requisition intake, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, managing worker assignments, time and expense management, offboarding, and reporting.
• Support client managers in requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting, and conducting interviews.
• Formulate insightful questions and facilitate requirement intake sessions with hiring managers.
• Record requirement intake discussions in VMS and AGS360.
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements, guide managers on requirement status, and monitor supplier sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish expectations, timelines, feedback, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coach, supervise, and manage the staffing suppliers involved.
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolutions within the CRM system.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entries, and vendor compliance.
• Keep monthly activity and performance reports updated.
• Engage with clients, staffing vendors, contract personnel, and other partners through face-to-face meetings, emails, and phone calls.
• Assist in managing worker assignments, including changes in cost centers and contract extensions.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and security to ensure all paperwork is completed before and after assignments.
• Accurately close work orders and notify the relevant departments at the end of assignments.
• Support the collection of company assets from vendors.
• Oversee time and expense entries for prompt hiring manager approvals.
• Ensure that new-hire paperwork is completed swiftly to prevent onboarding delays.
• Log client and vendor inquiries in Salesforce.com.
• A university degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Experience in coordinating high-volume activities is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service sector.
• Experience facing client hiring managers and suppliers.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to operate in a dynamic environment that evolves daily.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and general PC skills.
• Ability to work independently with some guidance.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Employment authorization in the United States is required; employment is contingent on Form I-9 verification.
