This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Establish reliable working relationships with customer stakeholders through effective communication, promptness, dependability, and accountability.
• Take ownership of the operational integrity of assigned customer programs by overseeing workflows, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring execution meets customer SOPs and expectations.
• Gain insights into customer supply chain processes to address operational disruptions or inefficiencies.
• Examine operational and technical challenges by evaluating system activities, data flows, and operational procedures.
• Determine root causes, apply feasible solutions, and escalate complex matters while maintaining ownership of resolution and communication.
• Convert customer operational challenges into system requirements, enhancements, reports, or configuration modifications within the VIZIV platform.
• Assist in the testing and validation of system enhancements.
• Ensure that operational deliverables, data flows, and system settings are accurate and in compliance with customer SOPs.
• Track system performance, reports, and interfaces.
• Provide support to customers and vendors using the VIZIV platform through guidance, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
• Oversee user access, configurations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, reporting, and customer strategy teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
• Share insights, best practices, and operational expertise with colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, minimize manual effort, and enhance system functionality or operational efficiency.
• Continuously expand knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics technologies, and Century systems.
• 1–4+ years of experience.
• Must be located in Seattle, WA or Nashville, TN to support the customer relationship with Amazon.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with the capability to analyze operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple operational priorities while ensuring attention to detail and service quality.
• Experience in supporting customer accounts within logistics, supply chain operations, or technology-driven service environments.
• Comfort with operational systems, supply chain platforms, or data analysis tools.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear system or workflow enhancements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic operational environment.
• Eagerness and willingness to continually learn about supply chain processes, logistics technologies, and internal systems.
• Experience with supply chain visibility platforms, freight forwarding systems, or logistics management tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with system configuration, user management, or operational workflow design (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with enterprise customers with complex supply chain operations (preferred but not mandatory).
