Program Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee program data management and perform comprehensive analyses.

• Execute reporting on program scope and establish goals.

• Engage with clients and manage accounts effectively.

• Provide training to team members, evaluate work quality, monitor timelines, and address system functionalities.

• Propel enhancements in processes.

• Generate regular reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations, content appropriateness, and a professional presentation.

• Facilitate the seamless internal and external execution of projects and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Customer & Client Engagement.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• If necessary, fulfill all DOT qualification standards.

• Adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

• Candidates selected for hire must successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
