This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Guide and mentor teams that are part of incubation or acceleration programs.
• Offer specialized knowledge and insights to both external and internal incubated/accelerated teams as needed.
• Organize and oversee weekly meetings with the involved teams.
• Track and assess team progress consistently.
• Curate, review, and recommend updates for educational materials and courses to the Program Director.
• Assist teams by providing program materials, evaluate their progress, and determine additional support requirements.
• Keep detailed notes and generate reports and evaluations regarding team advancements.
• Identify and address challenges or needs faced by the teams.
• Tailor mentoring approaches to meet the specific needs of partner programs.
• Independently manage your calendar and schedule while maintaining updates on Jira tickets and documentation.
• Conduct outreach and manage relationships with external experts as needed.
• Act as the primary communication liaison for external experts.
• Facilitate essential legal and financial documentation and processes within Xsolla.
• Attend in-person events when deemed necessary or relevant.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the video game industry, in roles such as Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar positions.
• Demonstrated success in working on launched game projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the game business cycle, especially in community building and marketing.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Enjoys collaborating closely with founders and teams.
• Quick to learn, understand, and adapt to new changes.
• Possesses a proactive and independent working style.
• Multilingual; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• Experience in organizing both digital and in-person events.
• Background in indie and/or AA marketing.
• Available in time zones ranging from GMT-0 to GMT+8.
• Experience in running or participating in accelerator or incubator programs.
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, or other project management tools.
• Established network within the indie game development community.
• Experience in public speaking or facilitating workshops.
• Engagement as a contractor.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Opportunities for occasional travel to in-person events.
