Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and distribute email campaigns and newsletters.

• Refresh content on the website and landing pages.

• Assist with social media and content schedules.

• Generate weekly reports on marketing performance.

• Conduct research on competitors and target audiences.

• Utilize modern, cloud-based tools for daily operations.

• Collaborate with a marketing team based in the UK and the employer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a marketing support or coordinator position.

• Proficiency with email platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.

• Excellent written English skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals is desirable.

• Familiarity with Canva is advantageous.

• Ability to work UK hours, from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time (11:00 to 19:00 SAST).

• Must be located in South Africa.
