This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the key coordinator for Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Foster disciplined execution and operational excellence to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to transform high-level visions into actionable results.
• Connect strategy and execution by promoting cross-functional teamwork and proactively resolving obstacles.
• Oversee the complete performance management of AOP goals and OKRs.
• Ensure that stakeholders are empowered and held accountable for achieving their targets.
• Maintain operational consistency through proactive follow-ups, closing feedback loops, and keeping cross-functional initiatives on track.
• Identify systemic risks and operational hurdles; create mitigation strategies and escalate urgent issues to leadership.
• Lead departmental annual planning and mid-year reviews.
• Enhance and document the AOP Playbook.
• Collaborate with department Ops Leads to develop data-driven materials and narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Build trust-based relationships across the organization regarding progress, resource availability, and interdependencies.
• Ensure early engagement with Analytics, Field, and Product stakeholders.
• Serve as the main liaison for reconciling departmental roadmap modifications with the overall AOP.
• Gain direct exposure to senior leadership while contributing to Aledade’s mission of empowering independent primary care.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence without formal authority, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior executives.
• Proven experience in managing projects, monitoring performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify issues and devise actionable strategic solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information to varied audiences and influencing stakeholders.
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; extensive use of computers and keyboard; occasional walking and lifting may be required.
