This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and manage multiple programs concurrently, ensuring they align with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business goals.
• Create and uphold program governance, documentation, reporting, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Develop, monitor, and track program timelines, critical milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Facilitate procurement processes, vendor engagement, proposal assessments, and contractor onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, issues, and change requests while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain oversight of program-level budgets and assist with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare presentations for executives, decision support materials, status updates, and management reports.
• Support construction execution by reviewing schedules, monitoring progress, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing project controls.
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch list management, commissioning coordination, lessons learned documentation, and financial closeout reporting.
• Serve as an extension of the client's project team throughout the life cycle of the program.
• Facilitate project delivery from initiation and planning through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, assist in decision-making, and coordinate project reviews and governance checkpoints.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of experience in project or program management for complex capital projects.
• Proven experience managing projects through all phases: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Background in overseeing project schedules, budgets, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of project controls, procurement processes, contract management, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
• Analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
