Program Manager – Manufacturing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate, cross-departmental operational programs from their inception to successful execution and delivery.

• Work closely with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage financial resources, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a principal liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Examine data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Advocate for lean principles and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
