Program Manager – Manufacturing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate intricate, cross-departmental operational programs from inception to execution and completion.

• Partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to enact operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, oversee budgets, address risks, and ensure deadlines are adhered to.

• Act as a principal liaison among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Examine data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Advocate for lean principles and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope effectively.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Competence in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
