Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate, cross-departmental operational programs from inception to execution and delivery.

• Work in partnership with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage financial resources, minimize risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a primary point of contact among stakeholders to guarantee alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Examine data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Promote lean methodologies and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven capability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated experience handling budgets, timelines, and project scopes.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
