Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct complex, cross-functional operational programs from inception through to execution and delivery.

• Work alongside product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational enhancements and achieve measurable results.

• Establish and track KPIs to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, mitigate potential risks, and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Act as a key intermediary between stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables.

• Examine data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for automation and process improvements.

• Advocate for lean methodologies and operational best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain positions.

• Proven capability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Established experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools.

• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
