This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Strategically plan and execute complex, large-scale enterprise-wide programs and projects.
• Implement defined requirements to achieve company strategic goals.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on assistance to matrixed teams.
• Spearhead intricate integration initiatives.
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications, facilitating discussions among cross-functional executives.
• Lead extensive, cross-functional implementation or process-improvement projects.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders on team member restructuring and realignment.
• Supervise the scope, schedule, budget, planning, management, and execution of programs.
• Generate comprehensive timelines and ensure that project deliverables adhere to project management standards.
• Coordinate the efforts of project managers and business analysts overseeing individual workgroups.
• Create executive dashboards and provide project status updates.
• Produce reports for ongoing analytics following project implementation.
• Develop and present best-practice training information.
• Work alongside training teams to create and review training materials.
• Prepare and present documentation for Program Steering Committees and executive teams.
• Evaluate program risks and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
• Manage risk, budget forecasting, dependencies, and strategic analyses.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and risks.
• Address issues and formulate risk-mitigation plans in collaboration with project teams.
• Communicate business and technology challenges along with potential solutions.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of Program or Project Management experience is essential.
• Prior experience leading a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance, is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools is necessary.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is preferred.
