Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture client relationships with the assistance of the Program Director, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with clients to create project strategies and formulate implementation plans.

• Oversee and administer contracts, specific products/services, or special projects.

• Continuously track and report progress towards business objectives to leadership.

• Manage, prepare, and oversee budgets and revenue expectations for assigned clients.

• Potentially supervise additional account management personnel, including Program Specialists.

• Manage projects across non-direct reports and suggest program modifications when necessary.

• Promptly escalate risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Engage in communication with clients, company, and project team leadership.

• Evaluate and disseminate project metrics and statuses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid).

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Capability to train, guide, and mentor junior team members.

• Proficient in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables.

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Word.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a commitment to obtain it within one year of employment.

• Comfortable with working hours corresponding to the US Central Time Zone.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
