Health & Wellbeing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define, design, and implement a holistic health and wellbeing strategy that is well-communicated and executed.

• Create and manage health and wellbeing initiatives in alignment with established timelines and budgets.

• Continuously monitor, assess, and respond to program metrics and participant feedback.

• Promote ongoing quality improvement initiatives and objectives.

• Act as an integrated partner and represent wellbeing to the client population.

• Assist members in navigating to suitable resources and programs.

• Serve as an expert on the Personify Health platform and tailor the platform experience locally.

• Deliver customized engagement initiatives and product demonstrations to enhance enrollment and participation.

• Collaborate with client leadership, stakeholders, and internal teams to cultivate a culture of health.

• Utilize community partnerships to address social determinants of health, diversity and inclusion, and comprehensive wellbeing initiatives.

• Work closely with Personify Health, the client’s health plan, and vendor partners to pinpoint health awareness and engagement opportunities.

• Enhance utilization of the client’s health, benefits, and wellbeing programs.

• Initiate and lead a Wellness Champion Network.

• Oversee the implementation of health promotion initiatives, including health screenings, flu vaccinations, and open enrollment events.

• Conduct regular data assessments and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and leadership.

• Identify opportunities, evaluate impact, and determine the next best actions.

• Modify wellbeing programs to address diverse needs and cultural differences.

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health promotion or a relevant health-related field such as public health, community health, nutrition, exercise physiology, etc.

• Over 5 years of experience in health and wellbeing-related fields.

• Availability during Pacific Standard Time business hours.

• Capability to support onsite events as required.

• Approximately 10–15% travel may be needed.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects, tasks, timelines, and budgets.

• Strong technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new systems and tools.

• Excellent time management skills and a solid business acumen.

• Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment while managing relationships among various stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach.

• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.

• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field is preferred.

• Public health-related certifications such as CHES, NWI, or Chapman Institute are preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

• Experience with incentive programs is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Personify Health platform and systems/tools is preferred.

• Health plan experience is preferred.
