This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate the accuracy and practical viability of program plans, delivery frameworks, and management work products.
• Assess objectives, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, program structure, ownership, coordination, and execution.
• Review implementation plans, rollout strategies, execution roadmaps, timelines, resources, sequencing, readiness, prerequisites, assumptions, and execution risks.
• Evaluate coordination across various projects, teams, and functional workstreams, including handoffs, dependencies, milestones, decision points, and ownership.
• Review risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, mitigation strategies, escalation processes, and contingency plans.
• Evaluate stakeholder plans, governance frameworks, communication strategies, roles, expectations, decision rights, escalation procedures, and reporting mechanisms.
• Review spreadsheets and analyses that track program status, milestones, resources, and overall performance.
• Assess metrics, reporting accuracy, tracking systems, delivery progress, and variance management.
• Review program plans, implementation documents, spreadsheets, reports, and slide presentations for accuracy, completeness, logical flow, clarity, and decision-making utility.
• Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, formatting, coordination, operational, and presentation issues.
• Assess assigned outputs against specific domain-related quality criteria.
• Differentiate between significant delivery issues and minor editorial concerns.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback that outlines strengths and weaknesses.
• Apply evaluation standards uniformly across program-management work products.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, implementation management, program delivery, or a closely related area.
• Experience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Program Lead, Project Lead, or similar positions.
• Strong practical understanding of program management and implementation planning.
• Proven experience in developing or reviewing program plans, implementation roadmaps, project plans, status reports, or executive presentations.
• A thorough understanding of milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
• Ability to evaluate implementation recommendations for feasibility, sequencing, and operational integrity.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide precise, structured feedback.
• Strong attention to detail in program, operational, analytical, and presentation aspects.
• Must perform work without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support are not available for this position.
• Part-time independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote position.
• Flexible scheduling based on project demands.
• Project durations may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project requirements and performance.
