Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Shape the strategy and implementation for general operations, clinical operations, and technological initiatives.

• Oversee projects throughout their entire life cycle across clinical, operational, and technology domains.

• Create and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.

• Establish governance frameworks and processes, which include risk management, issue resolution, and change control.

• Track and communicate program progress, status, and performance to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels.

• Identify and address program risks and challenges.

• Facilitate program meetings and workshops effectively.

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to foster program success and discover growth opportunities.

• Promote continuous improvement and enhance operational scalability.

• Anticipate challenges, suggest solutions, manage dependencies, and refine tools and processes.

• Collaborate with and guide Marketing, Engineering, Program Management, and Clinical Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from one of the top five universities in the Philippines.

• New graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–5 years of relevant work experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

• A strong interest in technology with the ability to rapidly adapt to new digital tools and platforms.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• A resilient mindset suited for a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• A strong interest in healthcare; previous experience in the healthcare field is a plus but not required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Google Workspace.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty in a startup setting.

• Initiative to propel projects forward and a readiness to assume leadership roles.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Eagerness for continuous learning and process enhancement.

• Willingness to work during EST/EDT hours.

• Completion of the application assessment task is required.
