This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Successfully deliver a variety of complex initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams and resources.
• Oversee critical programs and projects, coordinating logistics and resource allocation.
• Organize planning and working sessions while fostering relationships to achieve project goals.
• Lead high-visibility programs across the company, emphasizing IT, organizational and process integrations, consolidation, cost reductions, reporting, and culture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, IT, and Business stakeholders to manage, track, report on, and ensure the success of programs.
• Establish project scope, identify necessary resources, set objectives, develop timelines, monitor progress, and communicate the overall strategy.
• Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, including executive and senior management.
• Provide insights through reporting and conduct root cause analyses on issues encountered.
• Implement project management tools, processes, and KPIs to enhance visibility, stability, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams worldwide to foster positive change.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency and simplicity.
• Facilitate solutions, document escalation impacts, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.
• Enhance PMO artifacts and processes to boost efficiency, repeatability, alignment, control, documentation, reporting, and detail capture.
• Drive action plans, accountability, measurable visibility, and process enhancements across projects, programs, and the PMO.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in program or project management or a related business facilitation role.
• At least 2 years of experience in creating and implementing large-scale technology and data-driven Program Management transformation plans.
• Proficient in MSFT Excel, AI Tooling (Co-Pilot, Claude), MSFT Outlook, Confluence, MSFT Project, MSFT Teams, MSFT Word, MSFT PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI/PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, and Flow Diagram Software (Lucid Chart).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in Program Management, including scope determination, stakeholder engagement, planning, prioritization, and identifying critical milestones.
• Knowledge of risk management, process improvement, PMO frameworks, escalation processes, and mitigation planning.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, managing changing contexts and priorities, and handling a high volume of communications.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various organizational levels and across global teams.
• Competence in mentoring peers and documenting processes and artifacts.
• Skilled in managing stressful situations, adapting, and resolving problems within PMO frameworks and Solera processes.
