This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of several concurrent global channel programs, from strategy and design to implementation, governance, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
• Convert strategic ideas into scalable global processes and implementation plans that support regional deployment, adoption, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Channel Strategy, Centers of Excellence, Geo and Regional teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to gather feedback, socialize program designs, create alignment, and ensure effective execution.
• Influence stakeholders across various functions, geographies, and organizational levels to foster alignment, collaboration, and successful program results.
• Track program performance, assess effectiveness, and pinpoint opportunities to streamline, enhance, and continuously improve programs and business processes.
• Lead program design and implementation by formulating rollout plans, supporting annual program updates, coordinating regional deployment, and managing in-year program enhancements.
• Develop and sustain program governance, approval processes, executive presentations, communications, training materials, documentation, rollout guides, and contractual updates.
• Implement formal project management and governance practices to guarantee timelines are adhered to and high-impact global initiatives are successfully executed.
• Act as an individual contributor and collaborative program leader, linking teams, stakeholders, and processes across the organization.
• Facilitate and engage in global meetings across various time zones, including occasional early morning or evening calls, to foster alignment, decision-making, and execution.
• 5–7+ years of experience in leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence across functions, geographies, and organizational levels without direct authority.
• Proven experience in translating strategic objectives into scalable operational programs and processes.
• Robust project management, governance, and change management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process enhancement and continuous optimization.
• Capability to comprehend end-to-end business impacts, including operational, financial, legal, systems, and regional considerations.
• Experience in creating executive presentations, program documentation, communications, and training materials.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing initiatives, and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic and innovative thinker comfortable with challenging ideas, driving innovation, and enhancing program effectiveness.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
• BA/BS degree.
