Program Manager II – COB, TPL, Subrogation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives for COB, TPL, and Subrogation, encompassing vendor integrations, operational improvements, regulatory preparedness, and recovery optimization projects.

• Facilitate initiatives across various health plans and business lines.

• Organize workflows among operational teams and lead meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Monitor deliverables, address issues, and ensure the timely execution of strategic goals.

• Assist business department efforts to enhance quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness of care.

• Collect requirements, develop plans and timelines, manage resources, and guide project execution and rollout.

• Maintain documentation of business processes, including meeting notes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans.

• Generate and oversee department deliverables, such as clinical reports, reference materials, and policy and procedure documentation.

• Convey program status updates to management and key stakeholders.

• Identify necessary resources, troubleshoot issues, and manage risks.

• Enhance existing processes by pinpointing requirements, procedures, and challenges.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to fulfill stakeholder expectations and business aims.

• Manage projects throughout their entire life cycle.

• Provide leadership and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to obtain resources, address issues, and manage risks.

• Execute other assigned duties while adhering to policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality improvement, program management, or project management is required.

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

• Preferred familiarity with COB, TPL, Subrogation, Recovery Operations, Payment Integrity, or Claims Operations.

• Preferred experience leading cross-functional initiatives that involve vendors, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

• Preferred understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare reimbursement and recovery processes.

• Experience in gathering requirements, creating plans and schedules, managing resources, and facilitating project execution and deployment.

• Knowledge of corporate and industry-standard program management tools and methodologies.

• Ability to maintain comprehensive business process documentation.

• Ability to create and oversee department deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.

• Capability to communicate program status effectively to management and key stakeholders.

• Ability to identify necessary resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage projects through the entire life cycle.
