This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the repeatable onboarding and offboarding/runoff playbook, which includes capacity, licensing, data feeds, collateral, and claims/TPA setup.

• Oversee and mentor Program Operations Manager(s).

• Evaluate program due diligence coordination and DUA audit findings across the portfolio.

• Establish and uphold the governance schedule for active programs, incorporating status meetings and escalation pathways.

• Address cross-functional challenges with teams in Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Reinsurance, Finance, and Technology.

• Provide updates on portfolio-level program operations health, including onboarding pipeline, audit remediation status, and runoff status, to the Chief Programs Officer.

• Develop and oversee multi-workstream onboarding processes and manage a portfolio of ongoing program relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in program/project management within insurance operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an MGA-oversight or program-fronting setting.

• Direct experience in creating or managing a repeatable multi-workstream onboarding process that encompasses underwriting, claims, compliance, and finance.

• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of simultaneous program relationships, rather than focusing on a single program.

• PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is desirable.

• Previous operations leadership experience on the fronting-carrier or program-administrator side is a plus.

• Knowledge of bordereau data flows and DUA audit processes is advantageous.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
