Program Manager – HR Transformation, Fixed-Term Contract

📋 Description

• Collaborate with workstream delivery teams and project managers to transform transformation objectives into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps.

• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, risk registers, and status dashboards.

• Lead daily program execution in alignment with objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.

• Identify and oversee dependencies, constraints, risks, and critical path activities while escalating issues along with recommendations and mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate delivery teams to ensure that key deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality standards.

• Offer structured updates to program leadership and stakeholders regarding progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Establish and manage governance schedules, including steering committee reviews, workstream check-ins, and escalation processes.

• Foster working relationships with HRLT, HRIT, Internal Communications, Change Management, Legal, Finance, AI TMO, and functional leaders.

• Incorporate HRIT and change management deliverables into planning, readiness, training, and communication activities.

• Advocate for program management best practices and document lessons learned.

• Monitor alignment with financial goals and targets, including investments and savings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive project or program management experience in delivering complex global transformations within a large enterprise setting.

• Background in HR transformation, operating model transformation, technology-enabled change, or large-scale business change programs.

• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects or workstreams concurrently, including dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Experience in supporting executive governance forums and creating clear, decision-focused reporting materials for leadership.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and meeting administration.

• Structured and disciplined delivery capabilities, converting strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.

• Familiarity with waterfall and agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Analytical mindset with comfort in utilizing data, metrics, and technology for decision-making and status reporting.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or MSP is preferred.
