Program Manager, GTM Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement scalable enablement initiatives that enhance the performance and effectiveness of Doppel’s go-to-market teams.

• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify skill gaps and enablement prospects.

• Convert business requirements into organized learning programs, including curricula, learning pathways, and enablement materials.

• Create and oversee programs within the company’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring that content is accessible, engaging, and user-friendly.

• Employ instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to craft impactful learning experiences.

• Manage enablement programs from start to finish, including needs assessment, program design, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.

• Monitor program engagement and effectiveness, utilizing feedback and data to enhance learning outcomes over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering enablement programs that boost team performance.

• Strong skills in instructional design and curriculum development.

• Experience in managing and operating a learning management system (LMS).

• Excellent program and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
