This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire program delivery process, encompassing cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk across all task areas.
• Lead the kickoff of contracts and establish the program, including the strategy, work plan, and onboarding procedures.
• Create and uphold the Project Management Plan, which includes schedules, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
• Act as the main liaison for the Contracting Officer, COR, and government Program Manager/Product Owner.
• Provide timely and clear status updates and dashboards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as Scrum-of-Scrums, sprint demos, quarterly reviews, and roadmap assessments.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractor coordination, and dependencies across teams.
• Monitor and deliver contract outputs, including status dashboards, staff lists, issue logs, and reports.
• Proactively identify risks and scheduling challenges, guiding them to resolution in collaboration with the customer and delivery teams.
• Lead the delivery of an enterprise data platform program, ensuring that engineering teams remain unblocked in an Agile framework.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing technical programs or projects, particularly in delivering software or data/cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading Agile delivery teams (Scrum/SAFe) and conducting program ceremonies.
• Strong proficiency in program controls, including scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and status reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to represent the company effectively to government stakeholders.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-vendor teams.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must reside within the Continental U.S.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is preferred.
• Direct experience in delivering federal programs, ideally in a data, analytics, or cloud context, is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS), data governance, or AI/ML program delivery is advantageous.
• Experience with federal IT delivery frameworks and Agile governance is a bonus.
